Brookford Park Update, Rush

Over the last number of months I have been working closely with Fingal County Council, on behalf of the residents of Brookford Park, in relation to the outstanding works that remained unfinished in your estate.

I am delighted to inform you that, in an email received from Fingal County Council, this week, the following arrangement has been agreed with the receiver:

“A contractor has recently been appointed by the receiver to complete Brookford Park in accordance with the terms of the planning permission and that work will commence on site within two weeks. We will monitor the progress of the work upon commencement. The allocation of resources will be a matter for the contractor but if properly resourced, work could reasonably be expected to be completed within 10 weeks”.

I will continue to monitor the completion of this project and will keep you updated on its progress as the works continue.
