Motion tabled regarding Portmarnock Sports and Leisure Centre

We are writing to advise you that the below motion has been tabled for the next Council meeting regarding Portmarnock Sports and Leisure Centre.

Motion – Cllr Eoghan O’Brien

“That the Manager outline what steps the council are taking to support Portmarnock Sports and Leisure Centre (PSLC), so as to ensure the continued viability of this very important Community Centre in Portmarnock.
Furthermore that this area committee affirms to do everything in their power to assist PSLC, so as to ensure that this very important centre stay open for the community of Portmarnock and the neighbouring areas.”

We will continue to work to help ensure that this important facility for the people of Portmarnock and the surrounding areas gets all the assistance it requires to stay open.
