We would like to update you on a number of issues that we have been working on in the Seabury Area and surrounds.
Seabury Mini Pitch
We are delighted to inform you that, following numerous representations from our office and Seabury Residents Association, Fingal County Council have advised us that the work has commenced. This project will take 6 to 8 weeks to complete.
We believe this will be a fantastic facility for the youth of the area.
We would like to commend Seabury Resident Association for all their hard work in securing this facility.
Barrack Bridge Walkway
We have been advised by Fingal County Council that an agreement has been reached regarding the walkway at Barrack Bridge. As part of the agreement a boundary consisting of a solid bar railing in association with the planting of a dense hedge will be provided, together with a new section of pathway connecting the existing costal path.
It is expected that these works will be completed in approximately 3 months.
House Break-In’s
We are aware of a number of break-In’s in the Seabury area and we would ask you to be vigilant.
We are in regular contact with the Malahide Garda and have been informed that arrests have been made following these incidents.
We will continue to work on your behalf on these matters. If we can be of any assistance on these or any matters please do not hesitate to contact us.
