Please see below update that I have received from Dave Devine, Engineer, Fingal County Council regarding the bottle bank in the grounds of PSLC, following representations that I made regarding the noise that is made by the smashing of glass in particular at night and at the weekends.

“Our contractor is checking with the manufacturer of the bottle banks in Germany for soundproofing advice. I will update you again when I have more news.”
